Jill’s House is seeking Direct Support Professionals to care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in our fully accessible respite resort in Vienna, Virginia just outside of Washington, DC. Training and professional development is provided so experience is not required. We are especially in need of compassionate team members available to serve on Sundays. Your willingness to fill this need would be a tremendous blessing to the families we serve. The Direct Support Professional is responsible for: • The guidance and supervision of individuals to whom they are assigned. • Performing a combination of basic care, assistance with activities of daily living, and activity guidance in a safe, nurturing environment. • Following each client’s service plan and ensuring a positive experience for all participants. Available Shifts: - Fridays: 4 PM - 10 PM - Saturday: 6 AM to 2 PM, 1 PM - 9 PM, and 6 AM - 6 PM - Sunday: 6 AM - 4 PM Benefits: Part Time employees that work at least 20 hours a week are eligible for the following benefits: - Company sponsored Dental/Vision insurance coverage - Paid sick and vacation leave - Paid Administrative Leave - EAP counseling services The goal of Jill’s House is to share Jesus’ love for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families through purposeful excellence, joyful service, and compassionate engagement.
