consultations, property showings, and open houses to drive
conversions Manage a full sales pipeline from initial lead contact
through negotiation and closing Perform comparative market analyses
(CMAs) to price and position properties competitively Negotiate
contracts and terms to maximize value for clients and drive
successful closings Utilize Weichert's state-of-the-art myWeichert
CRM and automated marketing tools to track leads, nurture
prospects, and increase close rates Stay informed on local market
trends, pricing strategies, and competitive dynamics Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Active real estate license (or
willingness to obtain one) Proven sales mindset with strong
prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent
communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Self-starter with high motivation, competitiveness, and a strong
desire to exceed goals Ability to manage your own schedule,
prioritize opportunities, and work independently Willingness to
participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional
