Job Description:
The Center for Immersive Learning and Digital Innovation at the
Johns Hopkins School of Nursing will foster the development of an
internationally recognized immersive learning and digital
innovation ecosystem, leveraging technology to enhance the overall
mission of the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. Our

and augmented reality, and artificial intelligence-enabled
solutions to advance nursing and interdisciplinary education and
healthcare delivery to promote patient safety.
We are seeking a Simulation Operations Specialist who is part of
the CILDI team responsible for simulation equipment the management
and operations of daily simulation functions. The incumbent reports
to the Director of Immersive Learning & Digital Innovation Practice
and works collaboratively with all members of the team and
stakeholders across the university and the health system.
This role engages with activities related to center management and
operations and learning support. To be successful in this position
the incumbent will heavily rely on ability to understand and manage
technology, be a proactive problem-solver, be detailed oriented, be
customer-centered, process and outcomes-oriented, and demonstrate
ability to communicate effectively and learn quickly. The incumbent

good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may
vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience,

JHU Equivalency Formula: 30 undergraduate degree credits (semester
hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of
experience. Additional related experience may substitute for

permitted, up to two years of non-related college course work may
be applied towards the total minimum education/experience required
for the respective job.
