Shifts: 1st 2nd Description: Job Overview Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a dedicated and versatile General Production Worker to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various operational tasks, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our production processes. This position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Qualifications: Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or similar machinery is a plus. Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed. Job Duties: Perform masking activities Perform mechanical cleaning of parts Able to use hand tools Load and unload parts from production process Count, sort, assemble and pack parts Perform other duties as assigned Communicates well with others Team Oriented Positive Attitude Requires minimal supervision, can work independently Safety Minded Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
