Role Description Montero Law Group, a Montgomery-based mid-sized firm, is seeking a civil/criminal paralegal to support our civil and criminal practice groups in our Silver Spring office. This role requires substantive involvement in case preparation, client interaction, and document drafting. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, exercise sound judgement, and anticipate attorney needs across fast-moving civil and criminal matters. Previous paralegal experience preferred. Spanish Fluency required. Qualifications - Communication and Customer Service skills - Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Must be bi-lingual - Legal research and writing skills preferred - Must be punctual and dedicated
