. Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Project
Coordinator / Documentation Specialist to strengthen documentation
practices within the Cloud Platform and Support Team. This role
will focus on improving our Confluence presence, organizing and
updating technical and process documentation across Confluence and
SharePoint, and supporting project coordination activities. This
position is located in our Baltimore, MD office; however, a hybrid
working model is acceptable Your future duties and
responsibilities: • Lead the redesign and ongoing maintenance of
the Cloud Platform and Support Confluence space (structure,
navigation, templates, and content quality). • Update, organize,
and consolidate existing documentation in Confluence and
SharePoint. • Create clear, user-friendly documentation for
processes, dashboards, showback reports, tagging strategies, and
best practices. • Support project coordination for Cloud Platform
initiatives (meeting facilitation, action tracking, timelines, and
status reporting). • Establish documentation standards, version
control, and governance for the team. • Collaborate with engineers,
stakeholders, and leadership to capture and document knowledge
effectively. • Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and
up-to-date to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: • 3 years of
experience in documentation, project coordination, or technical
writing in a technology environment. • Strong expertise with
Atlassian Confluence (space administration, macros, templates,
organization, and content strategy). • Hands-on experience with
Microsoft SharePoint for document organization and management. •
Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail. •
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise
documentation. • Strong organizational and project coordination
skills (task tracking, stakeholder management). • Proficiency in
Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms. Preferred •
Experience in cloud platforms, AWS, or IT support environments. •
Familiarity with AWS concepts and terminology. • Basic project
management skills (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar). • Confluence
certification or proven track record of improving
wiki/documentation quality. CGI is required by law in some
jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation
range for this role. The determination of this range includes
various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience,
relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the
ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does
not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their
role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range for this role in the U.S. is $63,700.00 - $156,700.00. CGI
