Job Description:
ManTech, a prime contractor providing cutting-edge technology
solutions for U.S. national security programs, seeks an experienced
ETL Developer to support our efforts in transforming complex data
into actionable intelligence. In this role, you will design,
develop, and maintain efficient and secure ETL processes utilizing
the latest technologies, ensuring optimal data delivery
architecture throughout ongoing projects. This is a pivotal role in
enhancing our capabilities to meet both current and future
challenges in data management within the defense and intelligence
sectors. Develop and implement complex ETL processes to move data
between systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather
and document ETL requirements Optimize data integration platform to
ensure scalability and performance Ensure compliance with data
security and privacy policies Debug and troubleshoot ETL processes
and resolve any issues encountered Provide ongoing maintenance and
enhancements to existing ETL processes Prepare accurate ETL
documentation and reports Proficiency with ETL tools such as
Informatica, Talend, SSIS Strong SQL and database management skills
Experience with data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling)
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle
sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality Medical
