Job Description:
Join ManTech as an Expert CNO Developer and contribute to
mission-critical national security programs by developing
cutting-edge cyber operations tools. A key role in our IT &
Cybersecurity department, you will be responsible for the creation
and deployment of sophisticated cyber capabilities supporting U.S.
intelligence, defense, and federal healthcare initiatives. This
role demands a highly skilled individual who can innovate under
pressure and deliver robust, effective cyber solutions. Design,
develop, and implement custom software tools and techniques in
C/C++ and other programming languages. Collaborate with
cybersecurity analysts to tailor tools to specific mission needs.
Thoroughly document design processes, installation guides, and
system architectures. Perform software reverse engineering, static
analysis, and dynamic debugging. Ensure compliance with all
applicable security protocols and frameworks. Advanced knowledge of
C/C++ and low-level programming. Experience in software reverse
engineering, protocol analysis, and vulnerability research.
Proficiency in developing for Windows, Linux, or mobile platforms.
Strong understanding of network protocols, cryptography, and
operating system internals. Ability to write robust, maintainable
code. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
optional but beneficial. Offensive Security Certified Professional
(OSCP) or similar certifications are a plus.
