Job Description:
Our client, a leading provider of security solutions, is seeking
a Service Technician to join their team. As a Service Technician,
you will be part of the technical support department supporting
installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of access control
systems. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills,
technical proficiency, and a detail-oriented mindset which will
align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Service
Technician Location: Red Lion, PA Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 Shift:
7:00am - 5:00 pm What's the Job? Install and service access control
components such as gate operators, card readers, keypads, telephone
entry systems, and intercoms Troubleshoot issues with wiring,
equipment, and software configurations efficiently and accurately
Diagnose and resolve access system issues in a timely manner
Configure software for access management systems and maintain
client records Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical
documents to ensure proper installation and maintenance What's
Needed? 2 years of experience in access control, gate automation,
low-voltage systems, or related field Solid understanding of
electrical wiring, low-voltage systems, ethernet connections,
Weigand output, and network-based access control technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to assess and resolve
problems independently Proficiency with tools, multimeters, and
diagnostics equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and
