Aramark is seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista Lead to join our dynamic team at one of our bustling campus cafes. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring all customers receive exemplary service while enjoying high-quality beverages and snacks. This position is perfect for someone with a love for coffee and a knack for leadership, aiming to influence and uplift a team in a fast-paced environment. Supervise and train staff on coffee preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards. Ensure all employees adhere to health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as needed. Prepare a variety of beverages to the highest standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate operations. Handle daily cash operations and ensure accurate financial transactions. Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues that may arise. Expertise in various coffee preparation techniques (espresso, latte art, etc.). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Barista Certification or equivalent training preferred. Food Handler’s Certificate required.
