and passionate Pelvic Floor Specialist to join our Chester County
OB/GYN group full time in Exton and West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Hours: Mon-Fri Variable. No Weekends. The Pelvic Floor Specialist
works on-site in collaboration with our provider team and performs
comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment
plans for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction,
prenatal/postpartum musculoskeletal complaints, post-surgical
rehabilitation, and sexual pain disorders. Pelvic Floor Therapy
Evaluates and treats pelvic floor dysfunction (e.g., incontinence,
pelvic organ prolapses, pelvic pain). Addresses both hypertonic
(overactive) and hypotonic (underactive) pelvic floor issues.
Utilizes manual therapy, biofeedback, and therapeutic exercise.
Prenatal and Postpartum Care Designs safe, tailored exercise and
rehabilitation programs for pregnant and postpartum patients. Helps
manage pregnancy-related conditions, (e.g., Diastasis recti, low
back pain and pelvic girdle pain, Sciatica, and C-section
recovery). Utilizes manual therapy, neuro-muscular re-education,
and therapeutic exercise. Pain Management Treats chronic pelvic
pain, vulvodynia, dyspareunia (pain with intercourse), and
interstitial cystitis. Integrates pain neuroscience education with
manual therapy and graded movement. Post-Surgery Rehabilitation
Assists in recovery from gynecological surgeries (e.g.,
hysterectomy, prolapse repair). Promotes scar tissue mobilization
to help restore core and pelvic floor function. Patient Education &
Preventative Care Guides patients on lifestyle modifications,
pelvic health strategies, and exercise regimens. Educates patients
and other providers on pelvic health issues. Interdisciplinary
Collaboration Works closely with OB/GYN physicians, nurse
practitioners, midwives, and other allied health professionals to
ensure integrated care. Skills: Knowledge of obstetric conditions
and pelvic anatomy. Expertise in both external and internal pelvic
floor assessments/treatments. Familiarity with prenatal and
postpartum exercise protocols and birth recovery practices.
Comfortable discussing sensitive topics related to sexual and
reproductive health. Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
particularly around delicate or personal issues. Compassionate,
patient-centered care philosophy. Ability to educate and empower
patients through their recovery and wellness journey. Education and
Experience: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an
accredited program. Pennsylvania PT License. Women’s Health
Clinical Specialist (WCS) through the American Board of Physical
Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) and/or Pelvic Rehabilitation
Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman & Wallace
preferred. Certificate of Advanced Practice in Physical Therapy in
Pelvic Health (CAPP) and/or Certificate of Advanced Practice in
Physical Therapy in Obstetric Health (CAPP-OB) through the American
Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred. 2-3 years’
experience working in women’s health/pelvic health. Prior
experience in OB/GYN or similar clinical setting Benefits:

year. Pay or shift range: $75,000 - $95,000/annually The estimated
range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are
based on various factors, including skill set, experience,
location, hours, qualifications and other job-related reasons. At
