(LPN) license and minimum 1 years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

wellness of students in a structured school environment with
flexible per diem opportunities as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
or Registered Nurse (RN) in Norristown, PA. These school-based

basis. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct clinical care
including first aid, acute illness treatment, and emergency
response for students and staff. - Manage chronic conditions by
developing and implementing Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs)
and Emergency Care Plans (ECPs). - Safely store, monitor, and
dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications. - Conduct
routine health screenings such as vision, hearing, and growth
assessments to identify potential health concerns. - Maintain
accurate, confidential student medical records with attention to
vaccination compliance. - Deliver health education on topics such
as nutrition, hygiene, disease prevention, and overall wellness. -
Monitor for communicable diseases and ensure compliance with health
and safety regulations to maintain a safe learning environment.
Required Qualifications: - Active Pennsylvania LPN/LVN or RN
license. - Current BLS/CPR/AED certification; school nurse
certification may be required. - Completion of TB test and
possession of required clearances or willingness to obtain prior to
start. - Pediatric, emergency care, or community health experience
preferred. - Strong clinical assessment skills, independent work
capability, and effective communication. - Proficiency or
willingness to learn electronic health records. Location:
