Job Description OBGYN opening - Washington, PA Located 30m to Pittsburgh*Will join hospital owned practice currently comprised of 6 OB/GYNs and 3 CRNPs* Position Details: Full-time, permanent Employed Hospital-owned practice Not for profit community hospital Replace departing physician Inpatient/outpatient Recently renovated CARE Center for Family Birth and Womens Health features 13 private postpartum and recovery rooms for obstetric patients and patients who have gynecologic surgery. Birth center also includes five labor and delivery suites, a surgical delivery room, and a nursery with a Level 2 special care area for infants with special medical needs. Approximately 60-75 deliveries per month. Outpatient Coverage typically sees 30-40 patients per day in clinic Call Schedule: 1:6 nights and weekends - when on call the physician spends the day in the hospital with the day following call off. These are academic medical practices - a three-year training program for family medicine physicians and 2 fellowships in Hospice & Palliative Medicine and Geriatrics.
