Required Skills: Valid medical license to practice psychiatry in Pennsylvania Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry Proven experience in adult psychiatric care Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, medication management, and treatment planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in outpatient clinics Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Prior experience with complex mental health cases Certification in medication management or related areas Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Residency and/or fellowship in Psychiatry At least 2 years of clinical practice as a psychiatrist, ideally in outpatient settings Other Requirements: On-site availability one day per week for an 8-hour shift The selected weekday must remain consistent weekly Willingness to work with adults with complex mental health needs Possession of or eligibility for relevant state certifications Reimbursement considerations for licensure, certification, travel, and other applicable expenses This is an exceptional opportunity for dedicated psychiatrists seeking flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a rewarding clinical environment.
