Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an
accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to
Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or
ARC Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift: Days Shift Details: Days 0830-1630 Working Days: Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Contract Length: 15 weeks
