physician assistant or nurse practitioner Description: We are
looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Physical Therapist to
join our team for a 13-week contract assignment. This short-term
assignment is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working
with older adults. The role is suited for individuals who thrive in
a supportive environment and want to make a meaningful impact. You
will provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and
treatments for residents. Your responsibilities will include
developing and implementing individualized therapy plans that
improve mobility, safety, and overall quality of life. You will
collaborate closely with an experienced rehab team, nursing staff,
and other healthcare partners. Documentation of services will be
completed using specific software (training available if needed).
You will support a positive, resident-centered culture within the
therapy department. We are looking for strong communication and
teamwork skills. A flexible, compassionate, and professional
