prn and weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions As an LPN
at Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the direction of a
Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care
while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family
satisfaction Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable
standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as
well as physician’s treatment plan. ~ Follow a care plan designed
by the Nurse Manager. ~ Perform medication administration and
treatments per plan of care (POC) ~ Monitor resident’s conditions
and report accordingly. ~ A graduate of an approved school for
practical or vocational nursing Currently licensed by PA State
Board of Nursing Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety
and effective communication.? Benefits: Top hourly rate! $28 - $31
per hour based on position, experience and shift! Shift
Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift as well as weekends avail. ~
