Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical Tele
Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: 1 Year RN Experience Required; 2 Year Cerner Experience
Required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse
in the state/district Required prior to start Certifications:
NIHSS, BLS & ACLS Required; BSN - Highly Desired Must-Have: -
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program Required -
Must be able to complete a Telemetry rhythm interpretation test
prior to start Description: Candidates must be able to start within
three weeks of offer. 3 x 12s night shift. Delivers care to
patients in a competent, capable, caring, and efficient manner.
Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span
necessary to provide age-appropriate care. Demonstrates the ability
to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patients'
needs. Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment
needed by these patients. Makes initial assessment and determines
appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidenced by
appropriate documentation. Performs initial and ongoing assessment
on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as
evidenced by appropriate documentation. Completes admission
assessment in the timeframe established, according to policy and
