Pay Information $2,346 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Must have a current state license in-hand to be considered Certifications: ASN or BSN, BLS Must-Have: - Weekend rotation every 4th weekend with compensatory day the week before or after - COVID-19 vaccination required with medical or religious exemptions allowed - Flu vaccine required with medical or religious exemptions only Description: Provides professional nursing services to individuals in their homes. Conducts nursing assessments, planning, care, and evaluations per physicians' orders. Carries primary care management functions for assigned patients. Administers prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions based on assessment and plan of care. May require specialized skills depending on assignment. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development principles for the assigned patient population. Assesses and interprets patient age-specific data and provides appropriate, age-specific treatment.
