Job Description:
Job Description TeamHealth is hiring a full-time (5 days per
week) inpatient rehab physician (internal medicine background) to
do rounding in an inpatient rehab facility in the Reading,

and career goals. Key Responsibilities: - Perform internal medicine
(IM) care in an inpatient rehab setting - Manage chronic disease,
diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of
care - Order and interpret lab results - Prescribe and monitor
medications - Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care
with other healthcare practitioners - Educate patients and their
caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related
conditions - Build relationships with your patients, patients'
family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective
treatment delivery - Promote healthy lifestyle changes
Requirements: - 1 years internal medicine experience required -
Direct IRF care experience a plus, but not required - Active and
unrestricted Pennsylvania license - Active and unrestricted
Pennsylvania DEA with prescriptive authority If you are looking to
