In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality perioperative nursing care while using advanced clinical judgment, critical thinking, and nursing expertise to support surgical patients from pre-op through post-op recovery. This position is ideal for an experienced OR nurse who is committed to excellence in patient care, collaboration, and clinical outcomes. Shift & Scheduling Shift: Day Shift | 6:50 AM – 3:20 PM ?? 40 hours/week guaranteed (5x8s) Weekend & On-Call Requirements: Determined by the facility Compensation Package Total Weekly Pay: $2,375/week • W2 Hourly Rate: $28.25/hr • Tax-Free Stipend: $1,245/week ? Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience – Required BLS Certification (AHA only) – Required Maryland or Compact License – Required Job Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical patients Document care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards Collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient surgical procedures Apply specialized nursing skills based on patients’ physical and developmental needs Be accountable for the quality of care provided by self and those under your direction About 3B Healthcare Inc.
