General Dentist to practice out of our Medford, Oregon office. Why

Office Location: - GD Medford Main - 826 E. Main Street, Suite 4

Qualifications: - Accredited Dental School Graduate - Active OR
state dental license (or the ability to acquire one by time of
employment) - Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
