Job Description:
Seeking a Registered Dietitian for a skilled nursing facility to
oversee daily dining services, ensuring cleanliness, efficient meal
delivery, resident satisfaction, and staff mentorship.
Responsibilities include maintaining licensure, developing
policies, reporting to administration, conducting resident diet
assessments, monitoring food production, and managing the
department budget and inventory.
Qualifications require a BS in nutrition, RD/LD certification, and
at least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in nursing home
dietary services.
Full-time role offers $55,445.53-----"$70,000 annually, with
benefits like health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement,
and tuition reimbursement.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, in person, based in St. Louis,
MO, with relocation required before start.
Must have ability to commute or relocate to the specified
location.
