The ideal candidate will provide shift-to-shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service, and resource utilization. Responsibilities include maintaining the environment of care, ensuring patient-centered treatment, providing real-time feedback to staff, and participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Requirements: - 1 year charge nurse experience - 2 years clinical nursing experience preferred - Active RN license in the District of Columbia - Certification in specialty preferred - Successful completion of unit-specific certifications (PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, chemotherapy certification, etc.) Skills & Expectations: - Effective verbal and written communication - Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to multiple changing priorities - Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development - Must live 50 miles awayHonorVet Technologies Job ID #29986679.
