Job Description:

II based in Wilmington, DE, you will play a crucial role in
maintaining the highest quality of vehicle inspections, ensuring
our clients receive accurate and reliable assessments essential for
their operations. This position requires a meticulous individual
with a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, body repair, and
industry specific technology. By joining our team, you will

Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles for exterior and interior
condition, including body work, electronics, and engine components.
Document and report findings in a clear and concise manner using
proprietary technology and tools. Identify and diagnose vehicle
issues, providing detailed descriptions and potential solutions.
Work closely with the Auto Auction team to prepare detailed
condition reports for each vehicle. Stay updated with the latest
automotive technology and inspection techniques. Assist in training
and mentoring new inspectors and supporting staff. Maintain tools
and equipment in excellent condition, ensuring compliance with
safety and operational standards. In-depth knowledge of vehicle
repair processes and automotive mechanics. Proficiency with
automotive diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong observational and
analytical skills. Effective communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfort
with mobile technology and software apps used for inspection
processes. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k ASE Certification (Automotive Service Excellence) is
preferred. Valid driver's license and the ability to drive manual
and automatic transmission vehicles.
