Opportunity
- Commitment to providing industry-defining support to customers
through the Roche Support Network.
- Opportunity to travel and showcase expertise as a technical
repair and/or installation specialist for Roche product lines.
- Routine technical support and on-site service, repair, and
installation of Roche products.
- Diagnosis of mechanical, hardware, software, and system
failures using established procedures.
- Analysis, feedback, and recommendations on product failure
trends and serviceability issues.
- Specialized knowledge and specific training and certification
in a particular area or equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality system
and achieving quality objectives.This is a field based role - the
territory is the Delmarva Peninsula. Candidates must reside in the
Annapolis area.Who You Are
- High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or
equivalent military training or work experience are required.
- 2 years of experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system
hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking or
equivalent level of competency attained through appropriate
training curriculumPreferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems,
information technology, and basic chemistry.
- Availability to work after hours, provide weekend and holiday
support on a rotated basis, and be on call 24/7 during rotation
within an assigned territory or geographic region.
- Development of in-depth technically related troubleshooting
skills, along with good written/verbal communication, organization,
prioritization skills, and effective customer service skills for
positive customer interaction and maintaining ongoing
relationships.Relocation benefits are not available for this
