A full-time itinerant Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Stafford, VA, serving both elementary and middle school students. This school-based role offers a balanced caseload, typically around 50 students, with a maximum of 55. The position provides valuable experience in educational settings while supporting students speech and language development. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary and middle school students - Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress - Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district regulations Qualifications: - Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensing and certifications - Experience working with pediatric populations is required; school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and school personnel - Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs Location: - Position based in Stafford, VA, serving local schools in the district This contract position offers an engaging work environment with a diverse student caseload and opportunities for professional growth within school settings.
