Job Description Job Description Job Title: Electrical Foreman (Bilingual – English & Spanish Required) Location: Lorton, VA Pay Range: $40–$45 per hour (based on experience) About the Position We are currently seeking a bilingual Electrical Foreman (English/Spanish) to lead and oversee commercial electrical projects in the Lorton, VA area. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing field crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining project schedules, and upholding all safety and compliance standards. The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is required to support diverse field teams and site coordination. A valid Licensed Journeyman Electrician certification is required. Key Responsibilities - Supervise, coordinate, and direct daily activities of electrical crews on-site. - Communicate clearly with crews in both English and Spanish. - Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines and client expectations. - Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to ensure proper execution. - Maintain accurate project records, timesheets, and material logs. - Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. - Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth operations. - Lead by example while promoting teamwork, accountability, quality, and safety. Non-Negotiable Requirements - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal communication required). - Licensed Journeyman Electrician certification.
