At Marvin, we are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our innovative team in the building materials industry. Our company, a leader in designing and manufacturing custom windows and doors since 1912, focuses on enhancing living spaces by integrating quality, design, and functionality. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients and lead projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with our ethos of innovation and excellence. Manage architectural projects associated with the sales and installation of windows and doors. Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client needs and deliver solutions that meet their design and functionality requirements. Lead the project planning process, including setting timelines, specifying deliverables, and budget management. Conduct site visits to ensure specifications and quality standards are met. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and team members, to ensure coherence and timely progress. Provide detailed project reports and updates to management and clients. Problem-solve any project hurdles to minimize delays and cost overruns. Strong project management skills including planning, delegating, and budgeting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of building materials, specifically windows and doors. Solid understanding of the sales process and dynamics within the building materials industry. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent. Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Architectural license or certification as appropriate per local/state requirement.
