Home Renovation Service Person to join our team and grow with us.
The Role: You will be the "boots on the ground" responsible for
ensuring our clients' properties are maintained to the highest
standards. This is a full-time, year-round position for a
self-motivated professional who enjoys variety in their workday and
takes pride in solving problems. If you are a skilled
"Jack-of-all-trades" who values autonomy and professional growth,
we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: - Multi-Trade
Repairs: Execute projects involving light electrical, light
plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and general building maintenance. -
Project Ownership: Manage repair tasks from initial troubleshooting
to final walkthrough. - Independent Problem Solving: Assess on-site
issues and implement effective, durable solutions without constant
supervision. - Professional Communication: Liaise with clients,
vendors, and internal team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications: - Experience: Proven "handyman" or building
maintenance experience across multiple trades. - Language:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
(required for frequent coordination with Spanish-speaking crews and
clients). - Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and
authorization to work in the U.S. - Soft Skills: A professional
demeanor, strong work ethic, and excellent time-management skills.
