Job Description Job Description Serious applicants only. We are hiring one experienced and dependable individual for steady, physically demanding outdoor property work and various maintenance tasks. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently without constant supervision. This role includes landscaping, general handyman work, and assisting with maintenance of property equipment and vehicles. Reliable transportation and a professional attitude are required. Schedule: 5 days a week, 9:00 am -5:00 pm, this is a seasonal role Key Responsibilities - Perform routine landscaping including mowing, trimming, planting, and seasonal clean-ups - Maintain and improve outdoor property areas and landscaping - Complete general handyman tasks and property repairs as needed - Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools - Assist with maintenance of work vehicles and utility equipment - Keep property areas clean, organized, and well maintained - Work independently and complete tasks without constant supervision - Handle physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions Required Qualifications - Solid experience in landscaping (mowing, trimming, planting, property clean-ups, etc.) - General handyman or property maintenance experience - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong work ethic, reliable, and punctual - Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor labor - Reliable transportation - Professional attitude and communication Preferred Qualifications - Mechanical ability or equipment maintenance experience - Experience working on: - - Ford F-150 trucks (especially older models) - John Deere Gator utility vehicles - Kawasaki Mule UTVs - Familiarity with landscaping equipment repair or maintenance Company Description Family oriented company with high standards and work ethic required.
