Job Description:
As a Senior Web Application Development Lead at Medisolv, you
will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the
development of innovative software solutions that enhance
healthcare quality.Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing
the entire web application development lifecycle, from
conceptualization and design to implementation and testing. You
will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software
engineers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to
ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.Your
expertise in project management methodologies and your ability to
effectively communicate and manage stakeholder expectations will be
essential in delivering high-quality web applications that meet the
needs of the healthcare industry.Responsibilities:Collaborate with
stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and
timelinesDevelop project plans, including task breakdowns,
milestones, and resource allocationCoordinate with web developers,
designers, content creators, and other team membersAllocate
resources effectively based on project requirements and team
capabilitiesConduct code reviews and provide feedback to other
developers, including a small offshore teamDesign and develop user
interfaces for web applications using industry-standard tools and
technologiesImplement, deploy, and test web application features
and functionalityAct as a primary point of contact for project
updates and communication with stakeholdersProvide regular progress
reports, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the
project lifecycleEnsure websites are responsive, functional across
different devices and browsers, and meet accessibility
standardsTroubleshoot and resolve web application issues and
bugsMaintain detailed project documentation, including
specifications, progress reports, and change requestsRequired
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related
field10 years of .net framework and .net core experience3 years of
C# experienceExperience integrating with BI toolsExperience with
electronic medical records or other healthcare related information
systemsExperience in web application development, project
management, and coordination rolesStrong programming skills in
JavaScript, HTML, and CSSSupervisory experience as this role will
supervise one future onshore developerExperience with Agile
development methodologiesExperience with version control systems
(e.g., Git)Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS,
Azure)Experience with software development tools and technologies
(e.g., Jira, Confluence)Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and
stakeholdersAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering
high-quality resultsAbility to work independently and as part of a
teamStrong problem-solving skillsEnjoys working on a fast-paced
teamHigh attention to detailSuccessful completion of a
